It has been a week of uncertainty in the nation’s capital as lawmakers have come together to negotiate funding before a potential government shutdown this weekend. NASDA CEO, Ted McKinney spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on what the failure to pass legislation means to him, what producers are watching for, and if there will be a resolution by Christmas.
